028 - MHUB Innovationspark Zürich CH, 2nd prize

The competition procedure for the Innovation Park Zürich on the airport area in Dübendorf has been completed. Seven projects were selected in a global architectural competition. Mulder Zonderland won the 2nd price build for the MHUB typology building.

The Innovation Park Zurich offers researchers from science and industry a platform for innovation and development. In addition, the area is to become a flagship project for innovative urban development and sustainability.

Accordingly, special building typologies are developed that can be used over a long period of time due to their flexibility and modularity. Planned construction period for the entire development: 2024-2032. The client is HRS Real Estate AG, which is responsible for the development and implementation of the Innovation Park Zurich.
